Using Red for writing dapps

The Red/C3 toolchain will be fully integrated, and consist of the following:

Compilers for each blockchain VM bytecode, starting with an Ethereum compiler
An automated tests module, to guarantee better contract testing and, thus, higher safety
High-performance blockchain VM simulators for extensive and exhaustive testing
A wrapper to a minimal local blockchain node infrastructure to simplify deployment
A sandboxed I/O mode to enforce security on devices running dapps

The complete Red/C3 stack will be about 100x smaller than the web stack currently used for dapps (+- 1 MB compared to 120 MB). This compactness will make deployment of dapps much easier than it currently is with existing tools.
