Working with Applications

Learning how to use Mac OS X well requires not only knowledge of the core features of the Operating System, but also a knowledge of how applications work, after all, applications are what really makes an computer fun, useful, or whatever is it you computer is and does for you. In Part II we are going to learn the basics of using applications: We will explore common features that will be present in the majority of Mac OS X applications. We will look at how to find, install and manage new and updated applications. Finally, we will take a look at a handful of interesting applications included with Mac OS X Lion.
