• Trade debtors: the amount of money due from customers.

• Sales register: a record of all sales activities, including open and closed invoices, quotes, orders, and returns and credits.

• Transaction journal: a list of all journal entries — General, Disbursements, Receipts, Sales, Purchases and Inventory journals.
