Summary
In this chapter, you learned the secrets of the Excel:Mac interface and how to navigate it. You know how to control Excel using the Ribbon, the toolbars, the menus on the menu bar, and keyboard shortcuts; how to get around worksheets and workbooks; and how to enter data in your workbooks by importing it or using tools such as AutoCorrect, AutoFill, and the Scrapbook. You also learned how to work more quickly and efficiently by splitting the window, freezing panes, opening extra windows, and using custom views.
In the next chapter, I'll show you how to customize Excel to suit the way you work.
