Part     5

C++ Game Programming

The previous parts of this book have mostly covered the theory of C++ programming with practical examples. This part of the book changes the focus to cover more general game development problems and how you can use the C++ features you’ve seen in action to solve those problems.

This part of the book introduces concepts from game development such as memory management, design patterns, IO, and concurrent programming. Hopefully these practical game development examples will encourage you to continue your journey and enter the world of professional game development.
