The chapter also provides a reminder of the key principles of Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC and DMADV methods used to improve existing processes or design and create new ones.
Defining Transformation
The Oxford English Dictionary describes transformation as ‘a marked change in form, nature or appearance’. And in the context of business transformation that definition is a pretty accurate fit.
