Summary

In this chapter, we learned that we need to know what to build when iterating through the build-measure-learn loop. Determining what to build cannot be an isolated decision made by the product teams. The direction on product strategy needs to be based on the Key Business Outcomes. Investments made provide us with a way to measure the value that a business places on Key Business Outcomes. Doing this in shorter focused iterations, with insights from the market, product metrics, and the current business context and constraints, enables us to make informed decisions and respond effectively to changing trends.
