Embrace Failure
Some changes just don’t work out. Some changes even make things worse. Don’t worry about it, because few failures are irreversible. Fear of failure is the biggest enemy of innovation. Instead of asking “Why did we fail? Who screwed up?” ask “What did we learn, and what will we try next?”
The only real failure is the failure to learn from failure.
