The wheels are up, and my plane is flying homeward through the night. Buenos Aires is now five hours behind me, and I find myself somewhere over the coast of Peru. It is a moment of celebration. This week, I successfully launched a project that will significantly enhance the revenues of our firm and provide us with an amazing opportunity to strengthen and shape the growth and culture of our global brand.
