As chief marketing officer for Meredith, Nancy is committed to supporting other women’s communities. She’s currently involved in CARE programs that seek to save the lives of pregnant women. Like Sumo, Nancy’s efforts focus on improving the health and safety of poor women during a time in their lives when they are most vulnerable. Partnering with the California Conference for Women, an annual event hosted by First Lady Maria Shriver, Meredith Corporation sponsors a CARE maternal health project in Nicaragua, aimed at lowering the high death rates among mothers and children in that country.
