Creating a Community Through Coalition

There’s more than one method for building community, and the larger the community you envision, the more strategic you need to be in your design. By visualizing a single voice that would speak for women, Barbara Kasoff and Terry Neese created a community that would grow to over half a million women when they cofounded Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP).
