Charting Your Path Forward

We’ve covered a lot of ground through this book in looking at what it takes to outperform in your business and as a leader. If you’ve completed every exercise and answered every question, you have a list of actions to take. The trick now is to prioritize the actions, so you get the biggest gains quickly.
