How to Form a Productive Team
Sometimes a team leader has the opportunity to assemble a sometimes a team leader has the opportunity to assemble a complete team. But even the team leader of an ongoing or inherited team can still influence the personnel to some degree—for instance, by replacing someone who leaves, shifting responsibilities from one member to another, or using influence to increase staff.
