Develop in Your Growth Areas

Referring once again to your new self-assessment, pick out the two growth area attributes where you believe you need the most development. One simple way to do this is to review your self-rating in the five behaviors for the attributes; the attributes for which you have the most 1s (a growth area) behaviors are probably your most important development areas. Then write in your notebook the two attributes you most want and need to work on developing.

In order to decide how to best develop in these areas, you’re going to need some outside help. This is where the wizards, well-wishers, and wild cards come in handy.
