What Gets in the Way?

As you might suspect, having self-talk that supports delegation is critical. If you’re saying things to yourself like, “No one can do this as well as I do,” or “I can’t trust others to care about quality,” it’s deeply unlikely that you’ll delegate well or completely. The good news is that you can also talk to yourself in a way that supports delegation because it’s simply another application of your ever-deepening self-talk skills.
