How to Be Passionate
In order to help you develop this quality in yourself, I’ll approach as I did the first attribute of farsightedness—by taking it apart to look at the key behaviors that comprise it. When you unpack passion, here are the key behaviors of which it consists:

1. Commit honestly
2. Make a clear case without being dogmatic
3. Invite real dialogue about their passion
4. Act in support of their passion
5. Remain committed despite adversity and setbacks
