Summary

There are three common root causes that explain why some businesses achieve significant success with Six Sigma, and others achieve minimal success. These key success factors are committed leadership, involvement of top talent, and supporting infrastructure. By integrating these three key success factors we can identify a deployment roadmap that maximizes the probability of success.
