Three Quiet Virtues

QUIET LEADERSHIP is, in part, a set of tools, a collection of useful tactics. But this creates a serious risk. What happens when the tools en du pin the wrong hands? For example, there is nothing wrong with owning duct tape, a razor blade, and a crowbar. But they are very handy for breaking into homes, and police often charge thieves with possession of “burglarious tools.” The problem, of course, isn’t the tools but the crooks who use them.
