This is a book about how Latinos view and define innovation. As innovation has become an essential part of global competitive strategy, it has also become a concept that can be confusing because of its many meanings and interpretations. Using the research and work of our Project Impact study, we have been able to uncover patterns in how different cultures define innovation. Here we are focusing our efforts on Latinos, a group that plays a significant role in how the United States will be positioned to compete with other nations for decades to come.
