Leadership and Innovation

There is no better way of displaying what innovation means to Latinos than to showcase several individuals and to tell their story. We have mentioned that innovation is mostly defined at the individual level and can be best grouped by generational cohort. Many of the books written on Latinos from a work perspective are about individuals who have overcome many barriers to be successful. The stories are characterized by individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to succeed, and being able to perform their work with less resource than others.
