Navigating the Perfect Storm A Final Thought: Why Whole Leaders Will Succeed
THESE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES AREN’T GOING AWAY. AS turbulent as the environment is today, they will probably continue. As we write this, the world is experiencing credit contractions, decline in housing values, rising unemployment, economic uncertainties, fluctuating commodity prices, terrorist bombings, and continued fear and uncertainty about the future. If that sounds like doom and gloom, it isn’t our intent. Instead, we fully believe the challenges of complexity, diversity, and uncertainty can be met, no matter how chaotic and confusing things become. We have great faith in the abilities of whole leaders to meet whatever challenges they face.
