Redefine Risk and Uncertainty
WINSTON CHURCHILL ONCE OBSERVED, “TRUE GENIUS RESIDES in the capacity for evaluation of uncertain, hazardous, and conflicting information.” Unfortunately, most of us are not geniuses. And very few of us “embrace uncertainty” as many experts on the subject have counseled. Nonetheless, that may be the first necessary step in successfully dealing with risk and uncertainty.
