BEYOND DIVERSITY

This isn’t about diversity for diversity’s sake. It’s not about liberal guilt or sitting around just trying to understand each other. It’s not about doing the right thing and creating a better world—though these are admirable goals. It’s not even about achieving consensus. It’s about understanding and leveraging diversity of cultures and generations for competitive advantage.
