In Chapters 7, “Managing the Effort,” and 8, “Sustaining Momentum and Growing,” we discussed managing the Lean Six Sigma initiative, sustaining the gains, expanding the initiative by incorporating additional improvement methods, and expanding to all parts of the enterprise (including suppliers and customers).
