Frances Hesselbein is chairman of the board of governors of the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management and is the former chief executive of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. She is a member of the boards of other organizations and corporations and is the lead editor of the Drucker Foundation's best-selling books, including The Leader of the Future, The Organization of the Future, The Community of the Future, Leading Beyond the Walls, and Leader to Leader, published by Jossey-Bass.
