Innovation events occur when new ideas are tried; innovation culture occurs when new ideas become ingrained in the way work is done. Product innovation is an event when a new product comes to market; a product innovation culture occurs when a pipeline of new products continually flows. Strategy innovation is an event when a business plan is drafted and publicized; a strategy innovation culture occurs when leaders continually make new business choices.
