Similar to the Parking Lot, the Question Board is simply a flipchart page depicting a large question mark within a square. Each participant table should have at least one pack of sticky notes. At any time during the session, a participant with a question or concern writes it on a note and places the note on the page within the square. Individuals can post questions or concerns at breaks or any time they want.
The trainer or facilitator monitors the Question Board and—when he or she deems it appropriate—reads the question or concern to the group and either answers the question or facilitates a group discussion. ...
