Every day we have the chance to work with the finest colleagues in the world. Our mission—to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to work effectively boundaries—is a worthy cause that is far bigger than all of us. We appreciate the dedication, camaraderie, and insight that each of our colleagues contributes on a daily basis.

It is also a pleasure and a privilege to support global leaders who are doing good work in their own respective professions, and from whom we are constantly learning. We have served many clients for a decade or more, and it has been inspiring to see their enterprises evolve, with people from around the world stepping into roles of greater responsibility. The growth of these new leaders—including the obstacles they have faced and the ways they have found to overcome them—has pointed the way for this project.
