About the Authors
Marshall Sashkin is professor of human resource development at The George Washington University, where he teaches leadership, consulting skills, organizational diagnosis, and research methods. He holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan. Prior to his current appointment he was professor of industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Maryland and Senior Associate in the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Educational Research and Improvement, where he developed and guided applied research aimed at improving leadership in schools.
