First and foremost, we must thank three organizations and their executives for letting us describe their experiences with these methods. Blanca Treviño and her people at Softtek have been instrumental in getting these new knowledge-management methods more widely recognized, particularly in Mexico, where Softtek is a leading supplier of software and software services.
