Mike blew into MMC around 9:45 AM and went straight to Tyler's office. "Hey Tyler, how was the weekend?"
"Pretty good, boss. How about yours?"
"Great. Back to work." He sat down across from Tyler. "Hey, I've been thinking about something. Maybe we don't expect enough out of our employees."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, you know, most of them come to work here and stay a long time. There isn't much room for advancement. I think a lot of them just sort of settle into the status quo. Our work suffers and we don't get the most out of them. So we need to expect more."
"Where is all this coming from?"
"Coach Logan. I'm helping out with the video review of games and practices. We got to talking about it."
