Leadership is not just about your personal skills and qualities. It is about how you deal with your organisation, whether it is a small departmental team, a global firm or a tribe.

In some areas, it is very obvious that we can learn from the past and learn from tribes. Business leaders often make big talk about “competitive warfare”. That simply shows how little they know about real warfare. If you lose a business battle, you might lose money. If you lose a tribal battle, you lose your life.
