RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
What would you do with a scrap of cardboard and some old bottle tops? The kids in the village knew the answer: they made themselves a chequers board. Lack of resources never stopped a successful start up; lack of imagination kills even the greatest firm. Resource constraints exist, but mainly in our heads.
Budget management is one of those basic disciplines all managers learn early in their careers.
