WHEN TO FIGHT
Modern corporate life is full of battles. The obvious battles are between firms for sales and market share. The less obvious but more vicious battles are the battles within firms. The battles for promotion, for management time and support, for budget, for the right assignment and the right staff, for avoiding blame and gaining recognition are all familiar to the corporate warrior.
