DEALING WITH CRISES

Great crises produce great leaders, all the way from Moses to Churchill. Crises are the moments of truth which separate out the leaders from the rest. And in any business career, there are always plenty of crises. So do not shy away from crises: they are your chance to shine and to make a difference. And if the crisis is self-inflicted, it is your chance to save yourself. Since we know there will be crises, it pays to know how to deal with them.
