BEYOND HONESTY AND INTEGRITY
Honesty and integrity are not just important qualities, they are highly divisive. Any leader who was rated low on honesty and integrity was rated low on everything else. Only if they passed the honesty and integrity test did they stand a chance of being rated well on any other factor. At first, this seems obvious: who wants to follow a dishonest leader?
