CREATING A VISION
Firms are meant to have visions and leaders are meant to be visionary. History tells us that visions and visionaries are very dangerous indeed. For every leader who marches you to the Promised Land, there is another that marches you straight back into the desert. You don’t know whether a vision is good or bad until it is far too late.
