ABILITY TO MOTIVATE OTHERS
Motivational theory doesn’t crop up much when you are living in a mud hut. Mostly, people are more concerned about whether the rains will come and the crops will grow. Despite this lack of theory, or perhaps because of it, there is not much of a problem motivating people to work hard, long and with commitment.
