THE PERFECT LEADER
No leader in history has been perfect. You do not need to be perfect either, because perfection does not exist in leadership. Searching for perfection is like searching for smoke signals in the fog: it is an exercise in futility. By way of illustration, try the next two exercises.
First, imagine you are on safari. Look at all the animals and decide which one is the perfect predator.
