We started this book on the premise that leadership is not a mythical trait of personality. Our firmly held view, supported by our 35 years of practical client experience, is that leadership is rooted in the ability to think critically, instill such practices in others, and engage the entire organization in critical and aligned thought in the areas of strategy, innovation, and implementation.
