Remember the importance of family.
The older we get, the more we understand the importance of family. It takes us a few years to fully realize just how important our parents were or are in our lives. After all, they are the reason we are who we are today. The bond with our family is a permanent one that helps us deal with the many challenges we face as we go out in the world to make it on our own.
An organization is in many ways like a family. It might lack the permanency and it certainly it will never be as important to us as individuals, but an employer does “support” us.
