Watch your mouth.

Mom taught you not to use profanity, didn’t she? Using foul language and four-letter words was a sure-fire way to get yourself in big trouble. One age-old punishment was to wash a child’s mouth out with soap if they cussed or talked back. This would certainly get the point across!

It is not appropriate to swear in front of people at work. It’s not going to impress anyone, and it won’t say anything good about how you were raised. It might even be a violation of company policy, which will get you in a lot worse trouble than having your mouth washed out with soap!
