Eat your vegetables.

Most of us remember being told that we have to eat healthy if we want to grow up right. And who can forget those immortal words spoken by mothers everywhere: “Eat your vegetables!” A child’s diet is a constant source of concern and worry. Moms feel an innate responsibility to make sure that their children take in the necessary amount of vitamins and minerals and broccoli at dinnertime so they remain healthy and fit for life.

Part of being successful in the working world is taking care of our physical and mental health. Adults need to strike a healthy balance between work and personal life.
