Types of followers
There are many types of followers, stakeholders, and constituents. The interactions with leaders will vary considerably from one type to another. It will be useful to discuss a few of the more important types, even if we have to make some simplifying assumptions for the sake of exposition:
- Top managers
- Creative workers
- Virtual teams
- Susceptible followers
