ACTIVITY 1: Leader Analysis

Select an organization (one you work for or are familiar with) and prepare an analysis of the leader and leader outcomes. In your analysis you need to address at least these following questions (and any other relevant information). Include any helpful Internet links (company or organization web site?). Answer the questions below in your analysis.

  • Who is the leader?
  • Is the organizational leader a good, bad, or mediocre leader?
  • What organizational outcomes did you examine to determine if the leader is good or bad? You may need to conduct an Internet search of company earnings or other indicators of success (it might be the numbers of students going to college, if you looked at a high school).
