In this section, we will explore how important it is to pay attention to the progress your followers are making. We will look at how much more effective you can be when expectations are clear, and we will explore the balance between holding back recognition and over-recognizing. Acknowledging progress, the second A in ATTACK, is typically one of those leader behaviors that people understand in theory, but often find difficult to enact.
