Teach the Company

Some of the instruction should focus on the company. The range of possible subjects is wide, including such mundane topics as accounting, computer, or inventory systems; or more interesting ones such as company history, the latest technology, or global operations; or perhaps really spicy subjects such as pay, promotion, bonus, and stock option policies. The specific content should be drawn from whatever list of hot topics the current top leadership thinks is important, and at least a few of the presentations should be conducted by the organization's own high-level executives.
