Practical Implications for Feedback Providers

Although this research takes an academic perspective on the process of feedback, some useful tips can be derived from its results. We recommend that the following guidelines be considered by managers who find themselves in the role of feedback provider.

Do not rely too much on your impression of how well the session went.
