Obstacles

As with using any new technology, using the Internet to facilitate multisource assessment is not without peril. There are obstacles, the most obvious being employee access to the Internet. For the process described here to work, everyone must have access. Some businesses are already there, and others are moving in that direction. Some are struggling with the issue of which employees should be “allowed” access to the Web. And still others have yet to start this high-tech trek. However, most experts agree that universal Internet access is coming and coming soon.
