Three Keys to Building the Selection Team

When building a team to make a selection, you can do three things to help ensure its success.

First, take into account team dynamics, especially those affected by hierarchy and politics. Intentionally choose team members who have demonstrated their ability to put aside their own agendas for the good of the organization and who are willing to listen to diverse viewpoints.
